Green Beans with Red Pepper Strips

Ingredients

1/2 C Water
1 t Chicken boullion
4 C Fresh green beans
1 T Butter

1 Red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/2 t Garlic salt

Directions

In medium saucepan, combine water and boullion, bring to a boil.



Add greens beans. Cover and cook over medium heat 8 to 12 minutes, until crisp-tender. Drain.



Meanwhile, melt butter in small skillet. Add pepper strips and cook until crisp-tender.



In serving bowl, combine green beans, pepper strips and garlic salt, toss gently.
