Ingredients

2 lbs Sole fillets, 3/4 inch thick
1/2 C Sliced Almonds
1/4 C Butter, softened

2 T Grated lemon peel
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Paprika
2 T Lemon juice

Directions

Heat oven to 375F degrees.



Grease rectangular baking dish.



Cut fish into 4 serving size pieces, place skin sides down in baking dish.



Mix almonds, butter, lemon peel, salt, and paprika. Spoon mixture over the fish. Sprinkle with lemon juice.



Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
