Pumpkin Turkey Pie

Ingredients

29 ozs 100% pure pumpkin canned
2 T Butter
1/2 t Pumpkin pie spice
Cooking spray
3 C Cooked, cubed turkey
4 ozs Cream cheese, softened
4 ozs Heavy cream

2 1/2 ozs Water
9 oz Package frozen green beans, thawed and drained
1 2 oz Can of mushroom, stems and pieces
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper
Sliced almonds

Directions

In a medium bowl blend pumpkin, butter, pumpkin pie spice until smooth.



Spray a 10 inch pie plate with cooking spray.



Line pie plate with pumpkin mixture to form a "pie shell", set aside.



In medium bowl combine turkey, cream cheese, heavy cream, water, green beans, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture into prepared pumpkin shell. Sprinkle almonds over top.



Bake at 350F degrees for 40 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
