Rich & Thick REAL Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

1 C Water
2 Squares Unsweetened baking chocolate

1/2 C Splenda granular
1 1/2 C Heavy cream diluted with 1 1/2 C water
1 t Vanilla

Directions

Heat water and chocolate in heavy 2 quart saucepan on low heat, stirring constantly with wire whisk until chocolate is melted and mixture is blended.



Add splenda, increase heat to medium high. Bring to boil. Boil 3 minutes, whisking constantly. Gradually whisk in the cream and vanilla. Continue cooking on medium heat until heated through.
