Hot Cocoa au Lait

Ingredients

2 T Unsweetened Cocoa
1/4 C Hot water
1 1/2 C Heavy cream

8 t Splenda granular
1/4 t Vanilla extract

Directions

In small saucepan place cocoa, gradually stir in water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.



Boil and stir until smooth and hot, about 1 minutes.



Immediately stir in cream, continue cooking and stirring until mixture is hot. DO NOT BOIL.



Remove from heat, stir in splenda and vanilla. Serve immediately.
