Coffee Latte

Ingredients

1 1/4 C Regular grind expresso or other dark roast coffee
1 Cinnamon stick, broken into pieces

6 C Water
1/3 C Splenda granular
2 1/2 C Heavy cream
Ground cinnamon and nutmeg

Directions

Place expresso and cinnamon stick in filter baske tof drip coffee pot. Brew coffee with water.



Stir in splenda into brewed coffee and pour into 8 latte mugs.



Heat cream in small saucepan until steaming. Process half of the cream in blender at high speed until just foamy (do not whip into whipped cream), about 15 seconds only. Pour cream into 4 mugs of the coffee mixture, spooning foam on top. Repeat with remaining cream and coffee.



Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over top of each cup before serving.
