Spicy Fried Chicken Wings

Ingredients

1/3 C Soy sauce
1/3 C Worcestershire sauce
2 T Blackened seasonings
2 T Garlic salt

2 T Onion Salt
2 T Seasoned salt
2 T Brown sugar twin
10 Chicken wings
Vegetable oil for frying

Directions

In a large resealable plastic food storage bag, combine first 7 ingredients, ending with brown sugar twin. Seal tightly, shake vigorously until well blended and brown sugar twin is dissolved.



Place chicken in bag, reseal bag. Toss chicken in marinade to coat. Refrigerate at least 6 hours up to 24 hours., turning chicken several times.



Fill a deep-fry pot or electric skillet to no more than half its depth with oil. Heat oil to 325F degrees.



Working in batches, fry wings for 7 minutes or until juices run clear, drain on paper towels.
