Tex Mex Hot Bake

Ingredients

3 lbs Chorizo sausage (hot or mild)
1/2 C Onion, chopped
1 C Sour cream
1/2 C Bell pepper, chopped
1/2 C Fresh cilantro, chopped
1 (4 oz) Can chili peppers, drained and chopped

1/2 C Tomatoe, chopped
1 t Tabasco sauce
1/2 t Ground cumin
1/2 t Chili powder
2 C Shredded Jack cheese
2 C Shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F degrees.



Cook sausage, onion, bell pepper in a large skillet until sausage is browned and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.



Place in large casserole dish. Stir in cilantro, chili peppers, tomatoe, tabasco sauce, cumin, chili powder, 1 cup of each cheese, and sour cream. Blend ingredients well.



Top with remaining cheeses and bake, uncovered 10 to 15 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
