Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

2 C Boiling water
1 Large package Jello sugar free lemon jello (8 serving size or 2 4 serving size packages)
1 C Cold water
1 T Lemon juice

1/2 C Mayonnaise
1 Medium granny smith apple, diced
1/2 C Celery, diced
1/2 C Walnuts, chopped
Salad greens

Directions

Stir boiling water into jello in large bowl at least 4 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water and lemon juice.



Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened.



Gradually stir in mayonnaise with wire whisk.



Stir in apple, celery, and walnuts. Pour into 5 cup mold.



Refrigerate 5 hours until firm. Unmold, and serve on salad greens.
