Holiday Beans with Cranberries

Ingredients

16 ozs Cut green beans
1 t Grated orange peel
1/2 C Cranberries, chopped

1 T Splenda
6 Slices bacon (reserve drippings)

Directions

Chop bacon and cook until crumbly in small fry pan. Reserve drippings. Set bacon aside.



Cook beans as directed on package, adding orange peel and cranberries before cooking. Drain.



Stir splenda into bacon drippings and warm. Pour over bean/cranberry mixture and toss to coat.



Top with bacon crumbles and serve.
