Ingredients

1 C Heavy cream, divided
3/4 C Very strong, cold coffee
1 (4 serving size) package sugar free vanilla instant pudding mix


Whipping cream:

2 C Heavy cream
2 T Splenda granular
1 t Unsweeteend cocoa powder

Directions

Beat 1 cup cream, coffee, pudding mix (dry)and 2 T splenda in large bowl with wire whisk until slightly thickened.



Beat 2 cups heavy cream, cocoa, and 1/4 cup splenda in chilled large bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff. Fold whipped cream mixture into coffee mixture.



Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Refrigerate about 15 minutes until set.
