Fudgy Brownie Trifle

Ingredients

2 Packages Atkins brownie mix
1 T Instant coffee (dry)
1 Package Sugar free instant pudding, chocolate fudge flavor

2 C Heavy cream
1 Package Russell Stover sugar free Toffee candy, crumbled

2 C Heavy cream
2 T Splenda


Directions

Heat oven to 350F degrees.



Grease bottom only of rectangular 13 X 9 X 2 inches.



Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Spread in pan. Bake as directed and cool completely.



While brownies are baking, whip 2 cups cream and 2 T splenda until stiff. Chill.



Cut brownies into 1 inch squares. Place half of the squares in bottom of 3 quart glass bowl. Prepare pudding mix using 2 cups of heavy cream. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the brownies in the bowl. Top with half of the toffee candy bits and sweetened chilled whipped cream. Repeat with remaining brownies, pudding, toffee bits, and whipped cream.



Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving. Can be made 24 hours in advance.

Garnish with low carb chocolate curls. Make the curls by pulling a vegetagle peeler toward you across a milk chocolate low carb candy bar. Press firmly using long thin, strokes.
