Ingredients

1 Spaghetti Squash
1 jar 14 oz Ragu Sauce
1/2 Lb Italian Pork Sausage
1 tsp Italian Mixed spices

1 LB Hamburger
1 Bunch of Scallions chopped
2 Cloves Garlic pressed
1 Cup Mushrooms chopped
1 14oz can Italian diced tomatoes

Directions

Cut Spaghetti Squash in half clean. Put on a microwave safe plate upside down in about a 1/2 cup water. Cook for about 10 minutes or until you can squish the back of the squash easily. This will serve as your Pasta. Next cook your sausage, hamburger, garlic and onions when meat is brown add all remaining ingredients simmer until heated through and all flavors are blended. With a fork remove spaghetti squash, Pour meat sauce over it.

Additional Information

Watch carbs on diced tomatoes and Ragu sauce. Tomatoes have allot of carbs.
