Pork with portabella mushroom sauce

Ingredients

2 large Pork flank steaks
8 oz sliced portabella mushrooms
3 shallots minced
1 clove garlic
4 oz marinated artichoke hearts
3 Tbs heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Pan sear pork until cooked, set aside. In seperate pan sautee mushrooms and artichokes with shallots and garlic. Add heavy cream and pour over pork steaks.
