Ingredients

6 Tomatoes, peeled & quartered
1 Green bell pepper, sliced in rings
1 Red onion, sliced in rings
3/4 C White vinegar
1 1/2 t Celery salt

1 1/2 t Mustard seed
4 1/2 t Splenda
1/8 t Cayenne pepper
1/8 t Black pepper
1/4 C Water
1 Large cucumber

Directions

In a large bowl combine tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions.



Prepare the dressing in a asaucepan by combining the vinegar, celery salt, mustard seed, splenda, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and water. Boil for 1 minute and pour hot dressing over vegetables.



Peel and slice cold cucumber, add to vegeatables with hot dressing and toss.
