Ingredients

2 C Heavy cream
2 C Water
3 Squares unsweetened baking chocolate
1 C Splenda

1 Bag red/white sugar free peppermint hard candies, crushed (WalMart)
1 C Heavy cream whipped

Directions

In a saucepan bring the cream and water to a simmer.



Add the chocolate and the crushed peppermint candy, whisk until smooth. Mix in splenda well.



Divide hot cocoa between 4 mugs. Garnish with the whipped cream and a little crushed peppermint candy for garnish.
