Mustard Herb Crusted Turkey Tenderloins

Ingredients

1 C Crushed pork rinds
2 T Olive oil
2 T Fresh parsley, chopped
4 Cloves garlic, minced
2 T Dijon mustard

1/2 t Dried savory leaves
1/2 t Salt
1 1/2 lbs Turkey tenderloins
Cooking spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 400F degrees.



In a small bowl, mix crushed pork rinds, oil, parsley, garlic, mustard, savory, and salt to form a coarse paste. Spread mixture over tenderloins. Place in small roasting pan coated with cooking spray.



Roast 30 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
