Tugboat Turnips

Ingredients

4 Small turnips
6 Carrots
1/2 C Butter
1/2 C Brown sugar twin
1 t Salt

Directions

Peel and chop the turnips and carrots. Place in medium saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Gently cook until tender.



Drain vegetables.



Add butter and brown sugar twin.



Mash with a potatoe masher.



Adjust taste with salt and brown sugar twin.
