Ingredients

First Layer:
2 cups coarsely crushed walnuts
3/4 cup melted margarine
3 tablespoons splenda

SECOND LAYER

1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
2 cups whipped topping (small container) or you could try heavy whipping cream sweetened with splenda) aka make-your-own
THIRD LAYER

1 lg pkg (6 ounces) sugar free strawberry flavored gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 (10oz) boxes frozen strawberries (optional)

not sure on total carb count but the only ingredient that would really make the count go up is cool whip topping...but when sectioned off into servings, it's definitely LC..enjoy :)
