8 (about 2 lbs.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 8 strips
1 can Diced Green Chiles, divided

1/2 cup Crushed pork rinds
1 package (1.25 oz.) Taco Seasoning Mix
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 bottle Thick & Smooth Taco Sauce - Mild, warmed
1/4 cup (about 2) green onions, sliced
