Ingredients

8 ozs Cream cheese, softened
8 ozs Heavy cream
4 ozs Beef broth
2 lbs Ground beef
2/3 C Crushed pork rinds

2 Onions, peeled and chopped
2 Eggs
1 T Vegetable oil
3 C Mushrooms, sliced

Directions

Mix 2 ozs cream cheese, 2 ozs cream, and 1 oz beef broth with ground beef, crushed pork rinds, onion, and eggs. Mix well.



Shape mixture into 8 1/2 inch thick oval patties.



Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Cokk patties until browned, set aside.



Drain the skillet, add the remaining cream cheese, cream, beef broth. Bring to a simmer and cook until heated and smooth. Add the mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes.



Add the beef patties, cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

Additional Information

The best low carb pasta I have tried and use regularly is Bella Vita pasta penne rigate. Can get at Trader Joes
