Ingredients

1 16 oz Bag frozen broccoli and cauliflower combination, thawed, drained (fresh can be substituted)
4 ozs Cream cheese, softened
4 ozs Heavy cream
2 1/2 ozs water, warm
1 4 oz Can mushrooms

1 C Shredded swiss cheese
1/4 C Sour cream
1/4 t Black pepper
1 4 oz jar Chopped pimiento, drained
1/2 C Crushed pork rinds
1/2 t Onion salt
2 T Butter, melted

Directions

Combine vegetables in casserole dish.



Mix heavy cream and cream cheese well, add water and mix well again. Add mushrooms and stir.



Combine cream cheese mixture, 1/2 of the swiss cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento.



Pour cheese mixture over vegetables and combine thoroughly.



Bake, covered at 350F degrees for 30 minutes.



Mix crushed pork rinds with onion salt and melted butter in a small bowl. Set aside.



Remove casserole from oven and top with remaining swiss cheese.



Sprinkle top of casserole with pork rind mixture and bake uncovered 10 minutes longer.
