Ingredients

Oil for deep frying
6 T Water
1 T Butter
6 T Almond flour

4 Eggs
1 t Vanilla
Splenda to dust beinets

Directions

Heat oil in deep fryer or deep pan to 370F degrees.



Combine water, butter, almond flour in a saucepan and boil stirring constantly over low heat for about 5 minutes. Remove pan from heat and beat in one at a time the eggs. Beat the batter for about 3 minutes AFTER each egg addition. Add the vanilla and beat batter again.



Drop batter from a teaspoon into the hot oil. Cook until golden, drain on paper towels.



Dust with splenda, and serve.
