Low Carb Sweetened Condensed Milk

Ingredients

2 1/2 C Heavy cream
6 Egg yolks
1 C Splenda
2 T Diabeti Sweet
1 t Vanilla


Directions

Whisk all together in order listed over low heat. Constantly stirring until thickened. Store in plastic or glass container 7 to 10 days in refrigerator.



Makes 1 1/2 pints, 40 carbs entire recipe, 4 g carbs per 1/4 cup.



A traditional can of sweetened condensed milk is 14 ozs.
