Ingredients

3 T Water
2 Eggs
2 T Heavy cream
1 T Oil

1 C Whey protein isolate
1 T Baking powder
1/3 C Splenda

Directions

Preheat oil to 375F degrees.



Combine water, eggs, cream and oil. Mix



Mix in whey protein powder, baking powder, and splenda.



Pour mixture through a funnel going side to side into hot oil.



If mixture is too thick thin with small amounts of water to batter like consistency.



Do not overload the fryer, you want the cake to float.



Fry to golden brown. Drain on paper towels.



Top with strawberries and sweetened whipped cream.



Or while still hot from fryer, sprinkle with a little powdered maltitol.
