Cheese & Onion Savory Muffins

Ingredients

3 C Almond flour
1 C Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 Stick butter
1 t Splenda

1/3 C Onion, chopped
2 Eggs
1 t Baking soda
1 t Salt
1 t Ground ginger

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F degrees.



Grease muffin tin and set aside.



In a large bowl, mix almond flour, cheese, butter, splenda, and onion well.



Add eggs, baking soda, salt, and ground ginger. Mix well.



Spoon into muffin tins and bake at 350F degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
