Bacon Spinach Cheese Sanwich Bake

Ingredients

1 (10 oz) Package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
16 ozs White cheddar cheese, grated
1 C Almond flour
1 t Salt
1/4 C Butter, melted

1 t Baking soda
1 C Sour cream
1/2 C Onion, finely chopped
2 Eggs, beaten
1 lb Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F degrees.



Grease 9 X 13 inch pan and set aside.



Combine almond flour, cheese, salt, onion, baking sode in a large bowl.



Fold in spinach, cooked bacon, sour cream, eggs, and melted butter.



Spread mixture in a greased 9 X 13 inch pan.



Bake at 350F degrees for 35 minutes until golden.
