Ingredients

1 1/2 T Minced fresh ginger
1/2 T Lemon zest, grated
5 C Boiling water

2 T Lemon juice
4 T Splenda (to taste)

Directions

Place the giner and lemon zest in a pitcher and pour in the boiling water.



Stir, then steep about 1 hour.



Strain the mixture.



Stir in the lemon juice and splenda to taste.



Serve chilled over ice.
