Orange Ginger Blossoms

Ingredients

1/2 C Davinci sugar free orange syrup
1/2 C Boiling water
1 C Almond butter(grind almonds to a fine paste in food processor)
3 Eggs, beaten

1 t Baking soda
1 t Fresh ginger, grated
1 t Vanilla extract
1 t Orange zest, grated
1/2 C Splenda
Several cups almond flour
1/2 t Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F degrees.



Grease muffin tin and set aside.



Slowly combine almond butter with the boiled water, alternating adding a little at a time until smooth and creamy.



Slowly add the orange davinci syrup and the rest of the ingredients mixing in one at a time.



Add almond flour to the batter until a thick but pourable consistency is reached.



Pour batter into muffin tin and bake about 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
