Sugared cranberries

Ingredients

2C Splenda
2C water
2C Cranberries
3/4C Splenda

Directions

Combine Splenda and water in a sauce pan and heat over meduim heat. Stir until Splenda dissolves and bring to a simmer. Do not boil.

Remove from heat and add cranberries. Let set for eight hours or overnight.

Drain liquid from cranberries and coat cranberries with 3/4C sugar. Coat well.

Spread cranberries onto a baking sheet and let them set at room temperature until dry.
