Asian steak with peanut sauce

Ingredients

For steaks:
2Tbsp chopped garlic
1Tbsp chopped cilantro
1tsp soy sauce
1Tbsp bourbon
4 steaks
For Sauce:
2/3C unsweetened coconut milk
1/2Tbsp red curry paste
3Tbsp natural creamy peanutbutter.
1/4C water
1/2 Tbsp Splenda
1/2 Tbsp fish sauce
1/4 tsp lime juice

Directions

For steaks:

Place all ingredients for the steak into a ziplock bag and add steak and marinate for at least one hour.

disgard marinade and broil or grill steaks until done.



For Peanut Sauce:

Place 1/2 of the coconut milk into a suace pan. heat over med high heat. Stir until milk is bubbly. Add remaining coconut milk and the rest of the ingredients. Stirr constantly until ingredients are incorporated. remove from heat.
