Mexican chicken soup

Ingredients

1 small onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1Tbsp olive oil
2(32oz) cans chicken broth
1(15oz) can each of black beans and kidney beans. Drained and rinsed.
1(14 1/2oz) can diced tomatoes
3C cooked chicken

1tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1Tbsp dried cilantro
2Tbsp lime juice

Directions

Comine onion, pepper and oil in a dutch oven and cook on med-high heat for 5min. Add remaining ingredients. reduce heat and simmer for 30min.
