Ingredients

2 large bananas, cut into pieces
2Tbsp curry powder
2 tsp ground corriander
1 tsp dry mustard
2 Tbsp butter
4tsp lime juice

1 1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 C water
4 chicken breasts

Directions

preheat oven to 450 degrees. in a food processor combine, bananas, curry, corriander, mustard, butter, lime juice, salt, pepper and 1/4 C water.



Make cuts into the chicken breasts and place chicken in a roasting pan. Pour curry sauce over chicken. Roast chicken until done. Approx 45min.

remove chicken from pan. Set pan and remaining sauce over heat and add remaining 1/2c of water. Whisk until heated through.
