Shrimp, veggies and goat cheese

Ingredients

12 spears of asparagus, cooked
1/2lb sliced mushrooms, cooked
1 C cooked brocolli
1(16oz) jar mild salsa
4oz soft goat cheese
1tsp Splenda
1 lb cooked and cleaned shrimp

Directions

Heat salsa in a sauce pan for 5 min over med heat. Stir in goat cheese and sugar. Heat until smooth. Add shrimp and veggies. Heat through.

Additional Information

This can be made with any kind of veggie you desire.
