Ingredients

chicken livers
butter
1/2 onion chopped
1 tbs. minced garlic
2 tbs. sherry
2 hard boiled eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup cream


Directions

Saute with butter garlic and onions until onions begin to carmelize. Add chicken livers and saute until done. Put eggs in food processor and chop until smooth. Add liver and onion mixture. Deglaze pan with the sherry and add that into the food processer and process everything until smooth. While food processor is running slowly add in cream until all ingredients are completely mixed together. Refrigerate at least 2 hours prior to serving on low-carb crackers or baked low carb tortillas which have been cut up.
