Cornbread

Ingredients

1 C Soft butter
4 t Splenda
5 Eggs, room temperature
1 1/2 C Almond flour

1/2 C Hazelnut flour
1 t Baking powder
2 t Butter flavor extract

Directions

Pre heat oven to 350F degrees.



Cream butter and splenda together.



Add eggs one at a time, beating well ater each addition.



Mix flours with baking powder.



Add wet ingredients a little at a time to the dry ingredients.



Add butter flavoring, mix well.



Pour into greased springform pan.



Bake for 50 to 55 minutes.



Remove springform pan sides very carefully.

Additional Information

Use this bread just as you would cornbread.



The hazelnut flour give the bread mor eof a corn bread flavor.
