Creamy Veggie Fondue

Ingredients

1/4 C Heavy cream
1/4 Dry white wine
8 ozs Shredded cheddar cheese
8 ozs Shredded Monterey Jack
8 ozs Cream cheese, softened

1/4 C Green onions, chopped
1/4 C Frozen, chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 t Ground dry mustard
1/2 t Ground cayenne pepper (or to taste)
1 t Garlic powder
1/2 t Coarsely ground black pepper (to taste)

Directions

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix together the cream, white wine, cheddar, monterey jack, and cream cheese. Cook, stirring frequently, until melted, about 10 minutes.



Stir in green onions, spinach, dry mustard, cayenne, garlic powder, and black pepper, about 10 minutes.



Transfer mixture to a double boiler or fondue pot to keep arm while serving.
