Sun Dried Tomatoe Fondue

Ingredients

1/4 C Heavy cream
1/4 C Dry white wine
8 ozs Asiago cheese
8 ozs Fontina cheese
8 ozs Cream cheese
1/4 C Fresh basil, chopped

1/4 C Sun dried tomatoes, chopped
1 t Fresh garlic
1/2 t Black pepper
1 t Oregano

Directions

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix together the cream, white wine, and cheeses. Cook, stirring frequently until melted, about 10 minutes.



Stir in the vegetables and spices. Continue cooking until all ingredients are well blended, about 10 minutes.



Transfer mixture to a fondue pot or double boiler to keep warm while serving.
