Ingredients

1/2 Cup Sweet white wine
2 Tablespoons sweetener splenda)
1 Egg
2/3 Cup soy flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Ground allspice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
oil for fying


Directions

Beat the wine and egg in a medioum bowl. Combine the dry

ingedients in a small bowl. Stir into egg mixture. Let stand

for 30 minutes. Heat 1/2 inch of oil and drop batter 1

tablespoon at a time; fry until golden brown. Drain on paper

towels and lightly sprinkle with splenda.
