Pork Chops with low-carb stuffing

Ingredients

4 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
1 med onion diced
1 small zucchini, shredded
1tsp rosemary
1Tbsp chopped garlic
1/4 tsp pepper
couple dashes of salt
1 1/4 C low-carb bread crumbs
1/2C grated parmesan cheese

4 pork chops
3/4C white wine

Directions

Cook onion. Add shredded zucchini. rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook for 5min. remove from heat and add bread crumbs, cheese and cooked bacon.

Place pork chops in baking dish. Pour white wine over pork chops. Cover pork chops with stuffing.

Bake 350 degrees for 45min or until done.
