Ingredients

6 C Almonds
3 C Splenda granular

3 Egg whites
2 t Vanilla

Directions

Blanch almonds.



Dry almonds in the oven.



Preheat oven to 300F degrees.



Pulverize the almonds in a blender or food processor.



Place splenda, egg whites, and vanilla in a bowl. Add the pulverized almonds.



Blend, using your fingers, into a thick doughy mass.



Shape the dough into narrow "finger" shapes and place on a greased baking sheet.



Bake in 300F degree oven for about 20 minutes.
