Tequilla Chicken

Ingredients

4 ozs Butter
2 lbs Boneless/skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/4 inch strips
1 Red onion, diced
Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder

2 C Heavy cream
1/2 C Soy sauce
1/2 C Tequilla
2 C Julienne green, red, and yellow peppers
2 T Fresh cilantro, snipped

Directions

Melt butter in large skillet.



Add chicken, onion, and spices.



Cook over high heat until chicken is almost done.



Add cream, soy sauce, tequilla, peppers, and cilantro.



Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder.



Reduce liquid by half, 5 to 7 minutes.
