Sweet Ricotta with Raspberries

Ingredients

1 lb Ricotta cheese
1 t Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 C Fresh raspberries

4 T Splenda
Low carb chocolate bar

Directions

In a bowl add ricotta cheese.



Using a small sieve, sprinkle cocoa powder and splenda over the ricotta and stir well.



Top with fresh raspberries and drizzle with low carb chocolate that has been melted.
