Cheesy Spaghetti Squash Bake

Ingredients

4 C Spaghetti squash, cooked
2 t Butter
1/4 C Onion, minced
1/4 C Red bell pepper, diced
1/4 C Green bell pepper, diced
1/2 t Marjoram

1/4 t Oregano
1/4 t Basil
1 t Garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
4 C Jack cheese, shredded
2 ( 2 1/2 oz cans) Black olives sliced

Directions

Melt butter in skillet, saute onion, and peppers until tender.



Add squash, oregano, basil, marjoram, garlic, salt, and pepper to skillet.



Add 3 cups cheese and toss mixture until the cheese is evenly distributed.



Add olives and gently toss mixture.



Place mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole and top with remaining cheese.



Bake in a preheated oven until cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden on top. Bake about 15 minutes.
