Ingredients

1 Large egg
1 Tbs. Cream
1 pkg. of sweetener(Sweet & Low)
1 Tbs. of Vanilla
1 Tbs. of Oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour mixture into a well- buttered, nonstick pan. Cook on medium heat until the crepe is solid, not completely dry. Then flip it and serve with filling. (If you have a problem flipping it, like I did, it still tastes great anyway!)

Additional Information

I made 5 of these and put them in the freezer. Just a few seconds in the microwave and a little filling and it was a very quick breakfast.
