Pork Chops with Rosemary Sauce

Ingredients

2 lbs Boneless pork loin chops
1/4 C Almond flour
1 t Dried rosemary
1/2 t Salt

1/8 t Black pepper
1/4 t Garlic powder
1 T Cooking oil
3/4 C plus 2 T Water
1/4 C Sour cream
1 t Xanthan gum

Directions

Wipe pork chops with paper towels.



In a plastic bag combine almond flour, rosemary, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.



Add chops and shake to coat evenly with seasonings.



In a frying pan heat oil. Add chops. Brown on both sides. Add 3/4 cup water, cover and simmer about 15 minutes.



Remove chops to serving platter, keep warm.



Add xanthan gum a little at a time to pan drippings until you reach desired thickness. Cook stirring until heated. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream a little at a time.



Spoon sauce over chops and serve.
