Irish Coffee Delight

Ingredients

2 envelopes Unflavored Gelatine
1 cup cold heavy cream
1 cup Heavy cream, heated to simmering
2/3 cup Splenda
2 Tbsp. Instant Coffee

2 Tbsp. Irish whiskey
2 Tbsp. SF chocolate Davinci syrup
1 cup Heavy cream
1 cup ice cubes (about 6 to 8)

Directions

Sprinkle unflavored gelatine over cold milk in electric blender container; let stand 3 to 4 minutes.



Add warm cream; cover. Blend on low speed until gelatine completely dissolves, about 2 minutes.



Add splenda, coffee powder, whiskey, Davinci syrup and cream; cover. Blend on high speed until blended. Add ice cubes, 1 at a time; process on high speed until ice is melted.



Pour into 6 (6-oz.) Irish coffee mugs or dessert dishes. Refrigerate until set, about 6 hours.
