Steak Florentine

Ingredients

1 lb flank steak sliced very thin(2 pieces is best)
1 can spinach
1 cup shredded cheddar or monteray jack cheese

Directions

spead one third of spinach on each piece of steak. Salt to taste.

Sprinkle each piece with one half cup of cheese.

Roll each piece tightly.

Slice the roll in half.

Place each slice on its side in a baking dish. Add a few ounces of water.

Bake 20 minutes.
