Creamed spinach extrodinare

Ingredients

2pkgs spinach, cooked and drained well
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 14oz can artichoke hearts, drained.
8oz mushrooms, sliced and cooked
1tsp chopped garlic
two handfulls pepperoni, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1C shredded parmesan cheese

Directions

Melt cream cheese slightly in microwave. Add soup mix, artichoke heats, pepperoni, mushrooms, garlic, and salt and pepper to cream cheese mixture. Mix well.

Transfer to baking dish and top with parmesan cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 30min.
