Blackberry Creme Fraiche

Ingredients

1 T sour cream & 1 C heavy cream
1 C blackberries
1/2 C Splenda granular

1/8 t Da Vinci raspberry syrup
1/8 t Vodka


Directions

Blend sour cream & heavy cream, cover & let stand at room tamp for about 6-8 hours. Refrigerate 24hrs, covered before using.



Combine berries with Splenda, syrup and vodka.



Add berry mixture gently to the refrigerated "creme fraiche". Mix gently.



Gently spoon into dessert dishes or layer with berries in a fluted wine or champagne glass.
